How Do Pre-Orders Work?


Pre-orders allow our customers early access to upcomming products. Since each drop sells out so quickly, pre-ordering ensures that you get what you want before it's too late! We take pre-orders before production starts. After the pre-orders have sold out, we order our materials and begin production. When production is finished, our products are inspected for quality control and sent to us. As soon as we get the products from our factory we begin shipping them out to you! This process can take up to several months depending on the size of the drop. Participating in a pre-order drop means you'll have to wait a while before receiving your product, but for many it's worth it just to be able to secure an order.




How Can I Make Changes To My Order?


After placing an order you'll receive a confirmation email, please review it carefully and make sure all info is correct. For pre-orders, you have 30 days to make changes to your order, including size changes and address updates. To request a size change or address update, email us at info@fittome.com and we'll get it taken care of. We understand that life is wild and sometimes shit happens. If you miss the 30 day window after a pre-order, please feel free to still reach out and we'll do whatever we can to help. For normal store orders of products in stock, it is important that you double check and confirm your information before submitting your order, as these products are generally shipped the next business day. Once we ship an order, its in the hands of the post office and we cannot make changes to its final destination. If there's a typo or any sort of mistake made when filling out the order, please understand that it's up to you to contact us and correct that before the product is shipped.




What's Fit To Me's Shipping Policy?


We ship worldwide through USPS. Our shipping rates come directly from the postal service and update in real time as you place your order. US orders of $50 or more ship free, on us. If you place your order with a US address and then change it to a foreign address later on, you'll be required to pay the international shipping fee. If you need to update or change your address after placing an order, contact us at info@fittome.com and we'll get it taken care of. Once an order is shipped we cannot change its final destination so please double check your order before placing and review your confirmation email to ensure all info is accurate.




What's Fit To Me's Return/Exchange Policy?


While we don't accept returns at this time, we will gladly exchange any product. Please reach out to us at info@fittome.com within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the exchange process. (Some size exchanges may take more time to complete, as the availability will depend on our stock. For example, our mediums are in high demand and are therefore harder to keep in stock. Please make sure you check the size chart before ordering so you can get the proper size before it's gone.)
